For me fall style breaks down to two things – layering and colors. When I start transitioning to fall I always add in gray, olive and brown. If I can get them all into one outfit I’m a happy camper! Since it’s usually still hot around here well into September layering is a must. My go-to’s are long cardigans and light-weight jackets. I’ve had this olive green jacket for a couple years now and it’s my favorite. I love layering it with everything! {Similar Jacket}

Since I’m only going to be pregnant for a few weeks into the fall, I’m making the most of my current maternity wardrobe. This gray tee shirt isn’t maternity I just sized up! Other ways I plan to stretch my summer wardrobe into fall is by adding plaid button-ups or light weight scarves. Both are great layering options. Don’t forget about every mom’s fall staple – booties! Lately I’ve been loving these brown booties with a low heel.
